Dear David,

The RIPE NCC needs to be contacted when the holder of PI space/AS Number
is changing. This means that if we assigned the PI space/AS Number to
your organisation and you will continue to use the resources; you are
only changing ISPs, there is no need to contact the RIPE NCC
hostmasters.
