Dear Marwan El-Sherif,
Whois server can keep data about IPv6 networks, you can have a look at the
database reference manual for this, but I think that's part of what you're
asking for.
Whois server itself isn't IPv6 compliant, that is, it can't currently
answer queries from ipv6 hosts. However, we implemented a a proxy that
acts as a bridge between ipv6 hosts and and ipv4 whois server, which you
can find at:
ftp://ftp.ripe.net/ripe/dbase/software/v6wpd-latest.tar.gz
There is also some documentation on how to setup and use it in the package.
