Hi Jorn,
Add a "mnt-routes:" attribute (pointing to ISPSERVICES-MNT) to your
allocation object (via the Allocation Editor in the LIR Portal) and retry.
Right now, as there's no "mnt-routes:" attribute in your allocation
object, the authentication is checked against the "mnt-by:" attribute
(RIPE-NCC-HM-MNT) and fails.
