What you need to do to delete an object is to add a single
"delete:" line:

inetnum:      193.149.142.0 - 193.149.142.127
netname:      DANISCO
descr:        Danisco enterprise router network
descr:        Danisco Sugar
[...]
status:       ASSIGNED PI
mnt-by:       RIPE-NCC-NONE-MNT
changed:      dsleo@localhost 19990505
source:       RIPE
delete: ReasonForDeletion

You have to quote the whole object, without any change.
