ROUTE-Object creation problems

Hi All!
My customer has the following PI-space:

inetnum:      195.69.76.0 - 195.69.79.255
netname:      CSTU-NET
descr:        Chernihiv State Technological University
descr:        95, Shevchenka Str., 14000 Chernihiv, Ukraine
country:      UA
admin-c:      LEXA1-RIPE
admin-c:      GENA-RIPE

I'm is responsible for CINET-NOC activities.
So I need to create ROUTE-OBJECT for that net.
I sent creation message to auto-dbm@localhost and got such responce:
