Hiya,
I would like to change the primary nameserver information and add a
secondary nameserver for reverse dns lookup of ipv4 range 212.100.100.0.
It is presently ns.ripe.net and i want it to be ns0.oneview.net and
ns1.oneview.net, I have read the database faq and can't find how to do this.
You need to update the domain object for 100.100.212.in-addr.arpa and
send it to auto-dbm@localhost. The robot that receives the mail will do
a series of checks and (if all is OK) update the DNS delegation for you.
If there are problems with the request you'll be notified. You can
always contact inaddr@localhost if you have a specific problem.
We have documentation for the system available at:
<http://www.ripe.net/reverse/>
Also, there is a section on obtaining reverse delegation in the LIR
course material. The material is available on our web site and the
appropriate section is currently found at:
<http://www.ripe.net/training/lir/material/slides/page88.htm>
Best regards,
