Admin-c changed

Hi,

I have to update from the following inetnum admin-c and tech-c, because
these person don't work there anymore (I am the mnt-by COLT-NL-MNT).

I remember that we had to inform the Ripe via a fax if the Admin-C change
but I have checked the Ripe 253 and I haven't found any note about it.
Is it still needed any paper/fax for such kind of issue?
