for route creation authorisation rules.

In you specific case: The creation of 195.56.172.0/24
route object for example, needs to be authenticated by
the following route object:

route:        195.56.0.0/16
descr:        DataNet Telecommunications Ltd.
descr:        Public Internet Access Provider
descr:        Hungary
origin:       AS3340
notify:       rzsolt@localhost
mnt-by:       AS3340-MNT
changed:      kajtar@localhost 20000225
source:       RIPE

Thus, you need to contact the owner of this route object
and have them add "mnt-routes: LORY-MNT" in it.
