There are those that actually do read their incoming abuse reports, and
that care to direct those properly for the resources they have taken
stewardship.

We *do* read our abuse reports, and we have a few customers that we
trust to do their own reading - and since I'm a lazy bastard, I want
the system to make this easy for me to maintain (with the abuse contact
finder, it's already easy for the reporter, no matter what the final
implementation will be)
