[db-wg] DB documentation?

Dear Gilles

We finished a major update quite recently on both the Update Reference 
Manual and the Query Reference Manual. These are both with our COMMS 
team for review right now. Bearing in mind they are very busy with RIPE 
Meeting preparations and these are 60 and 40 page manuals respectively, 
they do expect to have at least one of them published this week. The 
other will either be this week or just after the RIPE Meeting.

Documentation issues will also be raised in the RIPE NCC update to the 
Database Working Group at RIPE 67. We fully recognise that the current 
state of affairs with documentation is not what our members expect and 
will be addressing this in our presentation.
