Did I understand that correctly? Objects (e.g. persons) referenced only
from .de domains are going to be deleted even if they are maintained
(e.g. by DENIC-P). Imho that would be quite a big problem because
DENIC's database relies on the RIPE database for person objects. Afaik
there's no possibility to create a person object directly in the DENIC
database.
