For example, "changed:" attribute is not a search key. If you would like to know all inetnums that has your email address in "changed:" attributes, then you would need to download the text dump of inetnums at ftp://ftp.ripe.net/ripe/dbase/split/ripe.db.inetnum.gz and search in it yourself. You can see if an attribute is a search key or not by requesting the template of an object type: $ whois -t inetnum % This is the RIPE Whois secondary server. % The objects are in RPSL format. % % Rights restricted by copyright. % See http://www.ripe.net/db/copyright.html inetnum: [mandatory] [single] [primary/look-up key] netname: [mandatory] [single] [lookup key] descr: [mandatory] [multiple] [ ] country: [mandatory] [multiple] [ ] org: [optional] [single] [inverse key] admin-c: [mandatory] [multiple] [inverse key] tech-c: [mandatory] [multiple] [inverse key] rev-srv: [optional] [multiple] [inverse key] status: [mandatory] [single] [ ] remarks: [optional] [multiple] [ ] notify: [optional] [multiple] [inverse key] mnt-by: [mandatory] [multiple] [inverse key] mnt-lower: [optional] [multiple] [inverse key] mnt-domains: [optional] [multiple] [inverse key] mnt-routes: [optional] [multiple] [inverse key] mnt-irt: [optional] [multiple] [inverse key] changed: [mandatory] [multiple] [ ] source: [mandatory] [single] [ ] $ Please see http://www.ripe.net/ripencc/pub-services/db/ for documentation.
