How can I figure out all AS numbers behind an as-set, wich contains as-sets as members? Can you pease point out how I should go about > this? First you should learn how to configure your mailer to not send odd 15 lines of 'disclaimer', which claim that the message is confidential, then you should turn off HTML mailing, making the message become at most 4k instead of the 14kb of gibberish duplicate stuff you are sending to quite a number of people who are really satisfied with the 2,5 lines you actually are writing yourself. After that you should realize that your handle is MB4450-RIPE, thus without the first dash: person: Marco Bes address: FLAG Telecom address: 9, South Street address: London W1K 2XA address: UK phone: +31 251 31 99 25 e-mail: mbes at flagtelecom.com e-mail: marco at marcobes.com nic-hdl: MB4450-RIPE remarks: FLAG Telecom IP Business Development Manager notify: marcobes at wanadoo.nl changed: marcobes at wanadoo.nl 20030128 changed: marco at marcobes.com 20041026 source: RIPE What you have to do is, go to: http://www.ripe.net/db/ and take a look around at their excellent new shiny website. On that page is a very obvious "Updating the RIPE Whois Database" header, with very clear webbased update procedures. Because yours does not contain a maintainer, which is one of the things you might want to add after you updated it (maintainers can now be created by anyone btw ;) You can expect that some one else adds a "sends HTML mail" as a remark, when you forget it, updating is just a few clicks away (and logged by the NCC which IP changes what and maybe some other metrics I hope :) ) Greets, Jeroen -------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed...
