Error!

Hi,
i am creating a new object into RIPE Test database authenticated by a PGP 
signature.
but the update is FAILING with the following error.
Can you please let me know why this is happenning!
***Error: The following PGP credentials were not correct:
48317D6B

***Error: Authorisation failed
***Info: Syntax check passed
