[cooperation-wg] Cooperation WG Chair Selection -co-chairs deliberation

Congratulations Desiree, I believe that this working group and RIPE
community are all the better for having you as a co chair. You will, as
will Julf and Achilleas have my full support and am looking forward to
working with you and contributing to the success of the coop Woking group.
