These MoUs formalise the existing relationships the RIPE NCC has with each of these organisations, and are the result of the RIPE NCC?s growing membership and involvement in the region. The MoU with the GNCC focuses on IPv6 training, promoting the RIPE Academic Cooperation Initiative, and RIPE Atlas. You can learn more in the news announcement: https://www.ripe.net/publications/news/announcements/ripe-ncc-and-georgian-national-communications-commission-sign-memorandum-of-understanding The MoU with APTLD focuses on coordinating the RIPE NCC and APTLD?s involvement with Internet coordination bodies such as ICANN, raising awareness about IPv6, and providing technical training. You can learn more in the news announcement: https://www.ripe.net/publications/news/announcements/ripe-ncc-and-asia-pacific-top-level-domain-name-association-sign-memorandum-of-understanding You can also find the full text of the MoUs, along with the other agreements we have with external organisations, on the RIPE NCC website: https://www.ripe.net/about-us/what-we-do/engagement-external-organisations Please let us know if you have any questions or comments. As a very simple guide: a ?Communication? is about what could happen, a ?Report? is about what has happened and the ?Regulation? is about changing ENISA. A lot of reading! Too much? But of interest to various WGs, including of course the Cooperation WG and the new IoT community? So: A COMMUNICATION from the Commission to the European Parliament and the Council.
