[cooperation-wg] European Council suggests IP address revocation

All,

a bit unsure whether this belongs more to Address Policy or to 
Cooperation, I eventually opted for Coop WG.

Maybe this WG, RIPE in general and/or the RIPE NCC would like to 
consider the following European Council conclusion:

The meeting statement noted as one of those medium term actions "to 
adopt a common approach in the fight against cybercrime internationally, 
particularly in relation to the revocation of Domain Names and IP 
addresses. The Commission, in cooperation with the Member States and 
Europol, is invited to facilitate this objective."
