[coc-tf] Scheduing First Call

According to my slightly confusing approach of having two parallel 
polls, it looks like the current preferences are:

a) Wednesday, 30 September 3-4pm
b) Thursday, 1 October 3-4pm
c) Thursday, 1 October 4-5pm

Each of these would get us 3/4 TF members, Athina and myself. 
Unfortunately, Salam seems to be unavailable for any of these options.
