[certtest] certtest.ripe.net not available Saturday 22 Novemver 2008

Dear Testers,
Due to maintenance on RIPE NCC storage infrastructure today, Certification website and rsync repository at certtest.ripe.net are not available approximately until 22:00 UTC.
