[Atlas-anchors-pilot] Two new RIPE Atlas Anchors! CH-ZRH-AS559 & DE-HAM-AS12731

Dear all,

I am proud to announce two additional RIPE Atlas Anchors that went 
"public" today -- in Zurich and Hamburg!

Please welcome Sascha, Fabian and Rolf to the community of RIPE Atlas 
anchor hosts.

We are now at the total of 13 (see attached picture),
and have a few more in the pipeline to activate.

The map of Anchors is also coming up in the new SW release, stay tuned!
