[Atlas-anchors-pilot] Network configuration details

Hi,

We've got an Atlas probe in a /29 of its own right now. (Well ... there 
are also two routers and a VRRP instance there ...)

I thought I'd place the anchor in that same /29. Is it OK for you if we 
put both the iDRAC and the production interface in the same /29?

Also, I guess we should move the probe somewhere else after we get the 
anchor online?
