Hi,

Let me first disclose that as a board member of RIPE NCC I'm a party to
the development of the RIR proposal for an ASO to ICANN.

This being said and speaking as MD of Ebone Inc. let me say we support the
proposal as we find it sound in principle and believe it can contribute to
the overall goal to secure the stability and development of the Internet.
