ASO Open Meeting during IETF

I think it is still a good idea to hold an open ASO meeting
during the IETF just like we did in Singapore. Given Michael's
interverntion the agenda should not be to agree on progress
but to present the current state to those interested
and to solicit further input. 

Unfortunately due to logistics problems I could not 
get the lunch slot on Wednesday that I was planning, 
so the meeting will be

	"Open Meeting on the Formation of the ICANN ASO"
	tomorrow Wednesdae 17 March, 1800-1900 (6pm-7pm)
	Minneapolis Hilton & Towers, Rochester Room (3rd floor)

	Agenda
	1) Presentation of Current State of Process (NN)
	2) Discussion

Notes from the meeting will be posted to this list.
I also propose that we make progress as much as possible
using this list as physical meetings will be 
difficult to arrange.

I realise the sheduling is on short notice so if anyone cannot
make that slot but would like to contribute something,
please find me, or send mail and I will try to bring their
