Meeting during IETF

Given what I have heared of people's schedules I suggest to meet in MSP
during Lunch from 1200-1300 on Wednesday March 17th to further work on
the principles and agree on a plan on how to progress. I will post the 
venue on the IETF notice board as soon as I have secured a room. Should 
this not be enough time I am happy to meet again during Thursday.
Please inform others interested.
