[Apwg-ipv6-papi] discuss the policy proposal during the plenary? + informal meeting

Yeah, the PC told us that they didn't see what this was all about, so
deferred to the APWG ("this is policy stuff, not plenary") - which did
not go so well.

You could try for a lightning talk, to raise awareness.

IPv6 is meeting *after* APWG, so that's not a useful WG to do an "please
come to APWG to discuss this" intro - and also their agenda seems to be
quite full from what I saw.  So maybe just send a "HEADS UP, something
big is coming!" mail to ipv6-wg near the RIPE meeting, give a short
summary what it's about and tell people that if they are interested, they
should go to APWG.

(Where we'll have *plenty* of time, as far as I can currently estimate)

I can make either.  I'm not under particular pressure to meet the executive
board ("I've met them before" :-) ), so we can find a spot where Marco
and Sander have time.  It make sense to have Marco/Ingrid/PDO there, 
especially as they can find a room for us :-)
