Hi,

First: Thank you for your work, Elvis. It's look great.

About feedback point 4:

"4. Remove the PI and Sponsoring LIR concepts
- everything must flow via the LIR
- if the LIR is closed, you must renumber your network
- if you have a problem with the LIR, you must renumber"

Additional argument:
We have a lot of customers, they aren't able to understand any kind of RIPE NCC policies. And, they don't want to read these policies. They want to utilize a service, which provide them address space with policy conformity. Switzerland is highly service-oriented, enterprises concentrate on their business. In addition, Europe has more and more a problem with skills shortage (e.g. Switzerland, Germany). So, concept "Sponsoring LIR" is essential.

I wish you good look at presentation.

Cheers, Olaf
