I told you I have nothing to do, right? :)

I've been working at the document and I'm now done with a first draft.

There are lots of things still to be discussed but I'd love it if you 
guys could have a look at it and let me know what you think.

I'd appreciate if you could add your comments in the file once you have 
the time to read all of it :p
