Indeed.

JFTR, I think we should plan the discussion phase to end at the end of
October, so people can get in the mood at RIPE67 and then have some more
days to discuss it on the list.

Don't expect too much input, though (so "don't be disappointed").  The
proposal is complex enough to invoke bikeshed rules.
