Sorry for that.  But the lack of time on my side is the reason why I 
called for volunteers :-)

I've read up on the discussions, and I think Sander has answered most of
your questions already.

I have still not closely read the document, shame on me :-( but promise
to do so "soon".  As for publishing as a policy proposal, we should 
definitely do that some weeks before the RIPE meeting to get people
primed, and then have a good discussion in Athens (while "everything
happens on the list", the exchange of thoughts and issues is just faster
when everybody is in the room).

Still a bit worried about clash of attention span with 2013-03 (no need) -
that should have been long done, but we're doing another round, and I have
no idea how long the IA will take.
