We don't specifically filter outbound mail but we do number crunch the
Exim logs each day to pick up pretty much every customer that has a
zombie, relay, smthp auth hijack issue and sending via our smarthost. It
also has the added benefit of picking up a myriad of customer config and
loop issues which would otherwise go undetected.
