The effort for the "abuse contact in the RIPE database" is actually pretty
low, as the irt: object automatically applies to the whole netblock 
(/16 or whatever) that it's applied to, not only to single objects or 
single DNS zones.

It's a single database entry (1 object plus 1 attribute line in the 
top-level inetnum) to get the abuse information on *ALL* customer objects
more-specific to the top-level inetnum.
