[[email protected]] Bulk e-mail service

Hello all!

Like some of us here I'm just an internt user and not exactly running my own
e-mail server or anything like it. But I recently got a spam message that
caught my eye because it advertised a bulk e-mail service and after
searching the database I realised thatat least the website server was in
Russia (being Russian myself it means something to me).

Although spam is still legal in Russia I have many doubts that the use of a
bulk e-mail service is. But when it comes to this sort of thing the Russia
authorities are simply too lenient to even bother with it (except when some
politicial is targeted like it happened once).

Anyway, what I'd like to know is if there's any way of closing this down
from outside Russia and also letting you know about it though I'm sure most
of you already do.

Below you'll find the info I got doing a NS LookUp and the Whois.

Thank you in advance for your time,
Ralitsa Zaitseva.
