RIPE have just changed the format of their main database, so accesses using
the old arrangements no longer work. Dealing with the RIPE database isn't
part of my job, so I can't give you more details.

This is a good chunk of the Internet, since it appears to include every
address RIPE has allocated to any ISP in Europe.
