Due to lack of time I did not follow the thread after the mail which
announced this document,
but this Chapter 7
"Member States shall lay down in their legislation that unsolicited commercial
communication by electronic mail must be clearly and unequivocally
identifiable
as such as soon as it is received by the recipient"
is something that should be changed in my opinion because it would allow spam.

Something like:
"Member States shall lay down in their legislation that unsolicited commercial
communication by electronic mail is forbidden, unless the recipient has
given a clear permission to receive such mails from a certain sender".

The question: who can be contacted to suggest such changes in this text ?
