Well, I think that any business which is up to the task of ESMTP extensions
is also up to the task of installing their own SMTP server. Of course, the
ISP, being a full service company, may certainly help them set it up. Any
business worth doing business with will understand and applaud the ISP's
anti-abuse measures. The rest can eat spam.
