Another case of throwing the baby away with the bathwater.  Legitimate
user may well prefer to use their corporate server as the first relay.
 Travelling users may prefer to use their home-ISP as the first relay,
even if they are temporarily connected to some other place.  And using
direct SMTP connections to the destination provides you with guarantes of
response time and arrival.
