I thought Microsoft beat Google to an abuse AI :) Google handles abuse so well, I think maybe Google has AI doing it already? I tried using AI to manage abuse, but am still struggling to get past learning bias, I think this is a problem that abuse and abuse management will still face for a long time as even the people/persons that deal with abuse, all have bias. yeah, you are probably correct, my AI dreams are shattered because some cybercrime outfit moved into 5.9.2* Thanks Ángel :)
