(I prefer to stay out of certain discussions, but this warrants a response)

I think Tobias is well-qualified as a WG chair of the anti-abuse working
group - in particular because he makes a living on understanding network
abuse, and how to counteract it.

While I certainly do not agree with Tobias on everything, I can not see
any evidence that he would use his WG chair role in a way that is towards
the disadvantage of participants out there.  You talk about Abusix protecting
"ISPs... for illicicit activities" - where's the evidence of that?

Personal attacks against WG chairs, questioning their motives when there's 
no evidence whatsoever to assume malfeasance, is not acceptable.

(Generally speaking, personal attacks are not acceptable, but attacking
the WG chairs whose *duty* is to keep some semblance of order on their
WG's mailing lists is even worse)
