I would really like to know if an Assignment Request Form for a /19 with 'snowshoe spamming' indicated in the 'Purpose' field would be accepted by RIPENCC. If not, I would really like to know what, for instance, the gentlemen that control 91.90.192.0/19 told RIPENCC about the intended purpose, and whether their statements are compatible with the PTR records defined on that block. furio
