But seriously folks, if 62.222.0.0/15 is just a merge of its two constituent /16 blocks, then why is it that the data base contains -lots- of historical records about 62.223.0.0/16, going all the way back to 2007-06-28 and yet it contains -no- historical records whatsoever regarding 62.222.0.0/16 ?
