Hi Aleksey, I think those are two different things, one being the transfer of a resource and a "merge or adquisition". If you buy a company that has a LIR and is between the 24 months period, you still can merge LIRs and have their resources in only one LIR. I hope to be rigth, but if anyone can confirm what Im saying...
