This is not the place where these things can be solved. Away from the legal aspects, quite possibly not. There is a requirement to provide legal papers and it would be good for the RIPE NCC to seek advice on the matter without making judgement calls. I don’t think anyone wants a repeat of previous sub-optimal handling of legal and law enforcement requests by the RIPE NCC.
