it's a big change and we will all need to carefully read every word of 
the new policy text.

I am glad that you do not find anything harmful at first glance ;)

the term End Site was already defined and it was completely mixed up 
with the term End User.
We have tried to redefine these two terms as best as we could.
If you think the definitions could look better, do share with us your idea.

I do think that these terms do need to be defined, and the policy text 
was the best place for the definitions (in my opinion). Where else would 
you see them?
