Emilio, thank you for your help and assistance :) Dear AP Working Group, The 2012-10 proposal now moved to Review phase, so I would like to encourage you to read the draft again, as now it also contains the "Impact analysis" (that actually says "no impact" :) ) The proposers would like to thank you for *overwhelming* support in Discussion phase and would like to invite to express the support (or not-support) again - because of the procedural reasons. As per the PDP, a silent Review Phase does not mean consensus or support from the community.
