Dear colleagues, Thank you for pointing out the links that weren't working in the policy proposal 2013-03. We have now fixed these in all versions of the proposal. Furthermore, we have checked the other policy proposal pages to ensure that all links are working correctly. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and will enact processes to regularly double-check external links on our website to prevent this from happening.
