I support the ambition of the policy, and happy to support the current wording. Richard's English tweaks should be included as well. There was a lot of debate about whether to remove that 'conservation is an aim of the policy' at the start - I would support a 2013-03-bis which does not delete the conservation line if this is required to build consensus, but it's time to delete the legacy stuff.
