Will that only occur if rough consensus in favour of the policy is
achieved in this Working Group? Or will it proceed even if not/in
advance of such consensus being achieved?

What will happen to the existing hosted solution if this policy does not
achieve consensus during this Last Call? Is there another policy that
has already been approved that authorises the RIPE NCC hosted RKPI?
