Randy and all, How far and how much effort has been exercised by the RIR's in reclaiming unused IPv4 addresses so far? I haven't seen much activity in this area of late, and in fact no activity/effort in this area. Seems to me that there is an awful lot of assinged but unused IPv4 address space that could/should be reclaimed for re-allocation to more needy or yet to be known entities.
