Both these proposals should directly be binned.

Especially the /56 proposal is insane and will only result in those 
routes to also become into the BGP increasing the junk there even more.

What happened to the idea of "Aggregation".

Organizations who are not requesting address space with the currently 
available process are not going to deploy IPv6, going to force it down 
them is not going to help either.

Please *BIN* these proposals. Both of them. Directly.
