Greetings! I support this proposal. Usually I do not like making special cases and introducing any inequality. But I understand that gTLD, ccTLD and ENUM tier 0/1 deserves some kind of special treatment. And I think we would be against ourselves blocking TLD and ENUM tier 0/1 operators from making their service more resilient and secure.
